The competition section, in which gold is at stake on the regatta course in the Duisburg Sportpark, starts at 10.50 am and ends at 12.45 pm.
Due to the weather conditions on Friday, the World Championships day will start earlier. The B and C finals will be made up at 8.50 am. In the afternoon from 3 p.m. to 5.15 p.m., semi-finals over 200 metres and 500 metres are on the programme.
